Apricot or Peach Dessert or Appetiser
I found this dessert on La Difference Catering blog and I thought it was a brilliant idea. So versatile, it looks like a peach or apricot to me but you could use it for savouries as a canapé or appetiser by putting in tomato or goats cheese, tuna mayo even would work. Use your imagination and lets see what you all can come up with. I think they look lovely and am going to try them over Christmas 2013. I wonder if you could put mincemeat in them for pretty mince pies? Oh, just for your information, this is puff pastry.
